Þórsmörk or " Thors forrest" sits in a valley between three glaciers. Tindfjallajökull, Mýrdalsjökull and the infamous Eyjafjallajökull, the glacier/volcano that erupted in 2010.

Þórsmörk is a spectacular place to visit, it has it´s own kind of vibe to it. It's Icelandic nature at it's finest, with the unspoiled volcanic formations, and raging glacial rivers. We take a few stops to hike around and get our bearings. The paths are uneven at times, take you uphill and downhill and not all are taken care of.

On our hike, we take in the astonishing views Þórsmörk has to offer, the hike is group dependent and we will choose the perfect hike for your group. Also if you don't want to hike, let us know.

We will also stop at Gígjökull, an outlet glacier from Eyjafjallajökull and see the effects the eruption in 2010 had on that area.
